Jawa Satu Power is a Joint Venture Entity between PT Pertamina Power Indonesia, Garuda Power Holdings B.V. and Sojitz Global Investment B.V. established on December 05, 2016 as a Special Purpose Company in running, controlling and managing the assets of Jawa-1 Power Plant business activities, which serves as the largest gas fired power plant with CCGT technology in Southeast Asia. The Company runs its business professionally by upholding an effective and efficient Corporate Governance Principles in order to provide continuous added values to Indonesia through stable power supply.

Vale is Indonesia's leading producer of nickel in matte. Our 3,000 employees can be found in operations, from Sorowako and Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi to Jakarta. Their jobs touch every aspect of the nickel business – including research and development, exploration, mining and processing, and overseas marketing. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) is one of the largest state-owned banks in Indonesia. Initially, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) was established in Purwokerto, Central Java by Raden Bei Aria Wirjaatmadja under the name of De Poerwokertosche Hulp en Spaarbank der Inlandsche Hoofden or "Help and Savings Bank of the Aristocrats in Purwokerto", a financial institution which served people of the Indonesian nationality (the natives). The institution was incorporated on December 16, 1895, which later becomes the anniversary of BRI.

Founded in 1997, PT Amerta Indah Otsuka was built through a joint venture between Otsuka Pharmaceutical Japan and PT Kapal Api. Firstly the company was known as PT Kapal Indah Otsuka before changing to its current name in 1999. The company’s very first product was Pocari Sweat.

As the company started to grow, in 2004 PT Amerta Indah Otsuka opened their first manufacturing facility in Sukabumi, West Java. Followed by their manufacturing in Kejayan, Pasuruan, East Java 6, years later.
