The PT. Jawa Satu Power is a Joint Venture Entity between PT Pertamina Power Indonesia, Garuda Power Holdings B.V. and Sojitz Global Investment B.V. established on December 05, 2016 as a Special Purpose Company in running, controlling and managing the assets of Jawa-1 Power Plant business activities, which serves as the largest gas fired power plant with CCGT technology in Southeast Asia. The Company runs its business professionally by upholding an effective and efficient Corporate Governance Principles in order to provide continuous added values to Indonesia through stable power supply.

The Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs was formed on July 25, 1966 and was incorporated in the Ampera I Cabinet under the name Ministry of Economy and Finance, which at that time was held by Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX. Then in the Ampera II Cabinet it changed its name to the State Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Industry, and in the Development Cabinet I it became the Coordinating Ministry for Economy, Finance, and Industry (EKUIN). In the dynamic process of government and economic development, this Ministry has also developed and has changed its name several times (see Names of Coordinating Ministers for Economic Affairs). The name "Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs" itself only started in 2000.
