Professional Staff Accounting Operation and Tax

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting, Operations, and Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of comprehensive experience in accounting, operations management, and tax compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and operational processes, as well as the ability to drive efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of financial management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in accounting, operations management, and tax compliance, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.

Funding Transaction Head

Job Responsiblities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, including commercial banks, investment banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners, fostering open communication, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive funding strategy aligned with the organization's liquidity needs, funding requirements, and risk appetite.
  • Evaluate funding options and structures, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, securitization, and capital markets transactions, to optimize funding costs and liquidity management.
  • Structure and execute funding transactions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including finance, treasury, legal, and credit risk management teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive funding proposals, presentations, and financial models to support funding requests and investment decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Oversee the planning development and implementation of all marketing communications, including print and digital content , website email marketing, social media public relations, news letter, collateral ATL-BTL and Advertising.

Job Description

Collect funds in the form of retail segment savings product.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for achieving sales target for banking products in the form of Saving, Deposit and Current Account specifically for the retail segment.
  • Establish good relationships and manage the customers under his / her management.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer data information in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Carry out sales & marketing functions quickly, with quality, efficiently and competitively to suit market demands.
  • Specific duties / authorities: Propose special rate deposits to the Owner of the Special Rate Decision Authority.
  • Placement location: Bandung City

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum possess Associate degree (Diploma III).
  • Vacancies are open for any major.
