About The Jobs
Increasing customer awareness of the importance of financial management is an opportunity for BCA to strengthen its business. For this reason, BCA requires young professionals who have an interest in economic development and investment to join the Wealth Management Program with education that lasts 1 year. After graduating from the program, you will immediately be appointed as a Permanent Employee who will be placed in a BCA branch office.
There will be 2 majors, for those who have skills in marketing, you will be tasked with marketing the right investment products to customers as a Personal Relationship Officer. Meanwhile, those of you who have analytical skills will be placed in accompanying the marketing team as Wealth Specialists at branch office to provide investment product solutions that are suitable for BCA customers.
Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Maximum age 24 years old (Bachelor's degree), and 26 years old (Master's degree)
- Have an interest and passion for investment / wealth management
- Able to speak English verbally and in writing
- Have good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
- Have good intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
- Have enthusiasm to learn
- Have enthusiasm to achieve targets optimally
- Not married and willing to not marry during the 1 year education period
- Willing to undergo an employment bond for 2 years
- Registration Date: 1 January - 30 June 2024
- Age Limit: 19-26 years old
