Based on the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Republic Indonesia Decree Number 545 of 2023 concerning Determination of the Need for State Civil Apparatus Employee within the Provincial Government for Fiscal Year 2023 and Decree Number 544 of 2023 concerning Determination of the Need for State Civil Apparatus Employee within the Central Government for Fiscal Year 2023, the Provincial Goverments and Ministries within the Republic Indonesia will opens opportunities for Indonesian citizens wth education High School (SMA) graduate / equivalent who meet the requirements to participate in the selection of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) with following terms:
Formed based on Law Number 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission which was subsequently amended by Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the second amendment to Law no. 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is given the mandate to eradicate corruption in a professional, intensive and sustainable manner. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is a state institution within the executive power group which in carrying out its duties and authority is independent and free from the influence of any other power.
The Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) is a central institution (focal point) that coordinates the implementation of efforts to prevent and eradicate money laundering crimes in Indonesia. Internationally, PPATK is a Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) which has the task and authority to receive financial transaction reports, carry out analysis of financial transaction reports, and forward the results of the analysis to law enforcement agencies.
