PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (Persero) (hereinafter referred to as SUCOFINDO) has officially joined the Survey Services Holding named IDSurvey together with PT Biro Statistik Indonesia (Persero) as the holding company and PT Surveyor Indonesia.
SUCOFINDO was established on October 22, 1956 based on the Notarial Deed Number 42, drawn up by Johan Arifin Lumban Tobing Sutan Arifin. Initially, SUCOFINDO focused on Inspection and Supervision services in the trading sector, especially in agriculture commodities, as well as assisted the government in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and securing the foreign exchange in export import trade.

The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara.
