Professional Staff IT Audit & Operation

Job Description
- Conduct IT audits to assess the effectiveness of IT systems, controls, and processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to IT operations, including cybersecurity vulnerabilities and data breaches.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems.
- Analyze IT processes to recommend operational improvements and efficiencies.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to IT policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s in IT Management or Cybersecurity) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT audit, IT risk management, or IT operations in the banking or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating IT systems, processes, and controls within a banking environment.
- Exposure to regulatory audits and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, or local banking regulations).
- Hands-on experience with banking technologies, core banking systems, and digital payment platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
