Adaro MetCoal Companies (AMC) refers to a group of seven companies holding Coal Contract of Work (CCoW) for seven concession areas in Central and East Kalimantan provinces that were entirely acquired by the Adaro Group from BHP Billiton in October 2016. These CCoWs currently constitute 1.27 billion tonnes of premium quality metallurgical coal resources with ultra-low ash and phosphorus content. The Maruwai Coal Basin, where the seven CCoWs are located, contains the largest relatively undeveloped metallurgical coal deposit in the world.


Kimia Farma was the first pharmaceutical industry company in Indonesia established by the Dutch Indies Government in 1817. The name of this company was originally NV Chemicalien Handle Rathkamp & Co. Based on the policy of nationalization of ex Dutch companies at the beginning of the independence period; the Government of the Republic of Indonesia merged in 1958 a number of pharmaceutical companies into PNF Bhinneka Kimia Farma. Then, on 16 August 1971, the form of PNF as legal entity was changed to Limited Liability Company and the company’s name was changed to PT Kimia Farma (Persero).

Founded in October 2015, PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) is a joint venture between a consortium of Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) through PT Pilar Sinergi BUMN (PSBI) and a consortium of Chinese railroad companies through Beijing Yawan HSR Co.Ltd, with Indonesia business to business (B2B) scheme in public transportation sector.
