General Requirements
- Indonesian citizen who are devoted to God Almighty, loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and the Unitary State of the Republic Indonesia
- Age at the time of registration is minimum 18 years old and maximum 35 years old for applicant with educational qualification of Non-High School / equivalent
- Never been sentenced to imprisonment based on a court decision that has permanent legal force for committing a crime with a prison sentence of 2 (two) years or more
- Never been honorably discharged not at their own request or dishonorably discharged as a Civil Servant, PPPK, TNI soldier, POLRI personnel, or dishonorably discharged as a private employee
- Not holding the position of Prospective Civil Servant, Civil Servant, TNI soldier, POLRI personnel
- Not a political party member or administrator or involved in practical politic
- Have educational qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the position being applied for
- Have competencies proven by a valid certification of certain expertise from a professional institution authorized for the position that requires it
- Physically and mentally healthy in accordance with the requirements of the position being applied for
- Willing to be placed in the work unit of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights throughout Indonesia
- Have no dependence on narcotics and illegal drugs or other similar substances (A Drugs-Free Certificate from a government hospital or TNI / POLRI hospital must be submitted after the applicant is declared to have passed the final graduation announcement according to the graduation date range
- Applicant with the Prison Guard and Beginner Immigration Examiner with an educational qualification of High School or equivalent must be in accordance with the domicile listed on the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP). If the Applicant whose province does not match the e-KTP and wants to register in another province, it is mandatory to make a statement letter from the local sub-district or village office stating that the person concerned has been domiciled in the province applied for
- Minimum height for applicant with high school or equivalent qualifications is 163 cm for male and 158 cm for female
- Graduated from accredited study program from BAN-PT with minimum GPA 2.75
- Have Registration Certificate (STR) for General Practitioner, Dentist, Pharmacist Assistant, Midwife and Nurse positions
