Based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic Indonesia Number 6 of 2024 concerning the State Civil Apparatus Recruitment, and the Decree of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 293 of 2024 concerning the Determination of the Need for State Civil Apparatus in Government Agencies in the 2024 Budget Year, the Government of the Republic Indonesia opens opportunity for Indonesian citizens who meet the requirements to participate in civil servant recruitment with following terms.

According to Law Number 39 of 2008 concerning the State Ministry, the Ministry of Communications and Informatics is an apparatus of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia that handles matters whose scope is stated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, namely information and communication.

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights is under and responsible to the President. The Ministry of Law and Human Rights is led by a Minister who since October 27, 2014 has been held by Yasonna Laoly. Kemenkumham has changed its name several times, namely: "Department of Justice" (1945-1999), "Department of Law and Legislation" (1999-2001), "Department of Justice and Human Rights" (2001-2004), "Department of Law and Human Rights" (2004-2009), and "Ministry of Law and Human Rights" (2009-present).
