Job Descriptions

  • Marketing sharia banking products, especially in the fields of financing, funding and service according to the needs of prospective customer / customer
  • Provide database of potential prospective customer / customer
  • Create and implement monthly work plans to search for potential prospective customer / customer in accordance with predetermined target
  • Conduct business approach and visit to potential prospective customer's / customer's location
  • Analyze potential prospective customer / customer
  • Follow up on the completeness of customer documents
  • Accommodate and provide solution to complaint submitted by customer
  • Create trade checking result report and letter for Bank Checking
  • Carry out the BI Checking process, analyze and create the report

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Required skills (Soft Skills / Hard Skills): Communicative, negotiation skill, selling skill, analytical skill, tenacious, not giving up easily, honest, highly motivated and high mobility
  • Additional skills: Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge that must be possessed: Knowledge of sharia banking products, potential customer database
  • Have experience as an Account Officer in conventional banking, preferably sharia banking for at least 5 years
  • Preferably have experience in the field of Lending (Financing)
  • Experienced in commercial segmentation (preferred)
  • Domiciled and have a market and network in the area appropriate to the chosen placement

Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Description

  • Formulate accounting policies and procedures that will be implemented at BCA Syariah and update it in accordance with development in applicable financial accounting standard
  • Coordinate the creation, deletion and change to Chart of Account (COA) and other financial codes / information as well as bookkeeping of financial related transaction
  • Produce financial report to fulfill the Company compliance and various internal and external needs including regulator completely, accurately and correctly
  • As a subject matter expert (resource person) in financial implementation for Work Unit / Branch
  • Ensure updating of rating status by rating agency, for example Pefindo
  • Ensure that the implementation of financial audit from external party goes well

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years in the same position in banking or other financial industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work in a team
  • Have a good understanding of Accounting
