Product Owner (Credit Card & Paylater)

Job Description

Product Owner role is a techno-business role whom require a good understanding of both the banking business and how solutions are built. Part of the product owner responsibilities is to have a vision of what business wanted to build, convey that vision to the team, to guide the entire squad along with the SM towards successful achievement of the squad goals and ensuring the squad are building a great product for business and customers.

Specifically, Product Owners are expected:

  • To understand the “Big Picture” of the Objectives and goals and be able to do the required analysis to break down the solution into valuable pieces of work or User stories
  • To maintain the focus on objective of the squad and to deliver and help prioritize the product backlog the same for every sprint
  • To ensure that the planned stories are completely analyzed, with all details required and are ready to be presented to the team during the planning session for sprint sign-up
  • To answer any question that my co-squad members would have with regards the story being discussed or under development.
  • Showcasing the deliverables of a sprint to the relevant stakeholders for sign off during sprint review
  • To truthfully reflect the business priority and objective during planning and analysis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Having experience for at least 3 years as Product Owner or Business Analyst in developing financial payment system is a mandatory requirement
  • Having experience in developing banking related payment system & understanding about basic query in a plus point
  • Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban.
  • Awareness and experience in several Agile practices: User Stories, Product backlog, MVP, Release Planning, inception, retrospective, ATDD etc
  • Project management role in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects , able to transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
  • Stakeholder Management, Proactive and Excellent both for communication and interpersonal skill, able to effectively communicate problems and solutions to the different party (team, user and customer)
  • Work with the other roles to help with prioritization and facilitation of various discussions and problem solving sessions, able to
  • Passionate about customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.

Back End Developer

Job Description

  • To execute software development tasks (solution design, building unit test, code development) for delivery of new features or enhancement of Digital Banking frontend systems (including internal apps)
  • Ensure software designs are in compliance with specifications
  • Writing well-designed, and efficient code
  • Actively participate in projects and engineering tasks
  • Involved in research and develop new design and technology, overseeing the successful implementation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science of related field
  • Experienced with node.js programming (must have)
  • Preferable with experience any of the following: Javascript, Java / J2EE, Ruby, C++, C#, .Net, Python, Go.
  • Experience with web server technologies such as container platform, Weblogic, Apache, Nginx, Varnish
  • Experience with software reuse methodologies and tools, preferably design tools based on the universal modeling language
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation, solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.
  • Anowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Software development experience with agile, lean, and continuous delivery best practices.
  • Knowledge of any software development framework: Nodejs, Android native, iOS native, HTML5, CSS
  • Knowledge of any databases tools: MongoDB / NoSQL, Oracle, SQL, MySQL, Postgre

Job Description

  • Create BluePrint Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Document.
  • Act as Administrator for Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Act as Coordinator to Manage swing application and infrastructure from DC to DRC site.
  • Create and Ensure System Continuity Running Properly (Infrastructure, Environment, Application).
  • Source information for Management to swing application or infrastructure in critical condition.
  • Generate Document Compliance about DR Activity for Audit.
  • Support project running on BTPN.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience as IT Infrastructure, specifically handling Data Center & DRC
  • Prefererably someone having an experience in financial industry
  • Knowledge in Infrastructure Technology such as Data Center, DRC, Cloud & On Premise Service
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology or other related fields

Multi Collector Agent Digital Banking

  • South Jakarta

Job Description

  • Run the collection process and handling of mapped customers using collection channels according to the provisions so that debtors make payments.
  • Making daily plans for handling mapped customers.
  • Run effective collections according to the collection strategy and quality that impacts the quality of the portfolio according to the set targets.
  • Achieve daily and monthly productivity targets according to those determined by the company.
  • Provide updates on visit results and recording each visit result in the Customer Visit Results Report (for Field Collectors).
  • Communicate well with Customers according to applicable standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Associate degree (Diploma 3) in any major
  • Have minimum 1 year experience as a Desk / Field Collector.
  • Have good negotiation and communication skills
  • Responsible and hard worker
  • Able to work in a target-oriented manner
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
