Job Description
- Carry out emergency response function including identification and assessment of potential emergency, prevention effort, emergency response preparedness, response to emergency, and recovery, both those occurring within the scope of mining work and national disaster in the territory of the Republic Indonesia under the coordination of ESDM Siaga Bencana (according to the assignment given).
General Requirements
- Minimum High School (SMA) graduate / equivalent
- Minimum height 165 cm and not color blind
- Do not have phobia (excessive fear of facing certain situation)
- Physically and mentally fit
- Not tattooed or pierced (unless it can be proven by a customary certificate)
- Have good swimming skill
- Computer literated
- Have Driver's License type A (SIM A)
- Adaptive, have integrity, have the ability to lead and communicate effectively
- Had the Covid-19 booster vaccine
- Placement in PAMA Cluster MCIP Kalteng: Pama Jobsite ASMI, SMMS and TOPB
- Willing to comply with all statutory requirements, company regulations and other requirements related to occupational health and safety, operational safety and the environment.
Specific Requirements
Fresh Graduate Hire
- Maximum age 27 years old
Experienced Hire
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Have experience and competency relevant to the position to be filled for minimum 6 years
- Have competency as a Rescuer (ERT) as proven by the following certificate:
- Attach a first aid and / or firefighter officer training certificate or proof other certificates equivalent to the qualifications of Sertifikasi Penyelamat Pratama and Penyelamat Muda (Kepdirjen Minerba 8.K/MB.07/DJB.T/2023 concerning DETERMINATION OF NATIONAL OCCUPATION OF RESCUE PERSONNEL IN MINERAL AND COAL MINING ACTIVITIES)
- Have underwater rescue competency (preferred)
- Was involved in a search and rescue team in handling natural disaster
