Job Description
If you like IT work with a wide and varied scope, can meet and get to know many people, travel throughout Indonesia to provide assistance and support to computer user in terms of using and utilizing IT technology, then you are the right person for this position. A job that not only requires mastery of IT technology skills, but also mastery of social skills in terms of establishing relationships with others. A challenging and not glamorous job, but its existence is needed and has an important role, especially in today's digital era. Providing technical assistance to computer user, answering questions or solving IT-related problems (hardware or software) for computer user directly, or by telephone or electronically, providing training / education / and socialization is a description of the work of this Computer User Support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to computer user in using IT technology (hardware or software)
- Perform technical and non-technical maintenance on the company's IT system
- Conduct development research on the company's IT system
- Assist in implementing the latest IT system improvements both locally and nationally
- Conduct training, education, and socialization to user in the use / utilization of IT technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum predicate: very satisfactory.
- Mastery the use of PC platform and its applications, especially Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Access).
- Mastery several basic hardware, LAN and WAN configurations, having Windows scripting skills, and basic programming technique.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Kudus / Semarang / Bandung / Surabaya.
