Main Responsibilities / Scope of Work
- Calculate, review, and submit claims related to Demurrage, Delay Loading, Delay Delivery, and Discrepancy (R1-R4) to relevant parties.
- Prepare and send supporting documents for claims including quality claim, BPK claim, and supporting documents for supplier evaluation.
- Review and counter all incoming and outgoing claims (Fuel), including official correspondence with suppliers and internal parties.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of all claims (pending and payment) until settlement.
- Prepare meeting minutes related to quality claim discussions and follow-ups.
- Review claim calculations prepared by PIS (Pertamina International Shipping) and provide necessary feedback.
- Support data analysis preparation for APPEC, offset, and internal reviews for management evaluation.
- Review dealdone & contract amendments from suppliers related to trade transactions.
- Prepare and report Monthly Report on claim resolution progress comprehensively.

- Manage and develop company information systems to support fuel, LPG, Avtur, and other energy product trading and distribution.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Perform monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of company applications (ERP, SAP, SIMS, logistics, finance, and distribution applications).
- Manage IT infrastructure at headquarters, including servers, databases, networks, and information security.
- Support implementation of IT Governance, IT Security, and Data Management policies according to Pertamina standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with business, finance, supply chain, and operations functions for system and process integration.
