Job Description
Would you like to combine your passion for engineering and sales in the field with our customers?Fuel your passion for engineering and business growth as a Management Trainee Business Consultant with Indonesia's leading heavy equipment company. As a Management Trainee Business Consultant, you will become the driving force behind our heavy equipment sales and solutions and connect innovation with customer needs across Indonesia.
This 18-month program blends structured learning, quality mentoring, and experiences in sales and business development. You will not only promote United Tractors' product but also act as a trusted partner for customers to offer solutions that help solve customers' challenges. Moreover, you will get fully exposed to the mining, construction, forestry, and agriculture industries.
What makes the Management Trainee Business Consultant unique is the comprehensive exposure to heavy equipment machinery. You will gain hands-on knowledge of United Tractors' product, ranging from its technical function to its usage in various industries, which enables you to provide the right solutions for diverse customers' backgrounds.
As a Management Trainee Business Consultant, you will play a significant role in:
- Perform sales and promote United Tractors products, especially heavy equipment.
- Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and assist in fulfilling their administrative needs.
- Stay updated on market dynamics to identify selling opportunities for the company's products.
- Conduct sales mapping and market research to find new opportunities.
- Maintain the company's reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Business Development.
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management, other majors are welcomed.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fluent in English and able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in sales and engineering.
- Must be willing to relocate throughout Indonesia.
