We are hiring:

Admin Officer

This position will be based in South Kalimantan. He / She will be responsible to administer and organize site operational activities, including employee’s accommodation and travel, building facilities' management, goods / service procurement, and other administration activities.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any major (Law / Administration / Management / Economy major is preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related position.
• Familiarity with goods / services procurement procedure and facilities / site management.
• Good understanding about administration procedure.
• Good knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
• Excellent skill in Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English.
• Capable to work under minimum supervision.
• High commitment to PT Arutmin Indonesia standard in safety, environment, business ethic, and good corporate governance.
