Corporate Planning Analyst
Job Description
- Analyze, develop, and evaluate financial performance of Astra Infra Group to ensure smooth implementation of business strategy.
- Handling Corporate Finance process (Financial Planning, Analysis and Financial Modeling).
- Analysis, monitoring, and evaluating financial performance and corporate-level agreement of Astra Infra Group.
- Conducting financial due diligence for investment / corporate action process (MandA)Develop financial strategic report to Executive Management (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Maintaining Investor Relations and develop related materials in regards to shareholders / business partner visit to Astra Infra.
Requirements
- Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) degree in Accounting / Financial Management from reputable university.
- Preferably having at least 1-2 years experience in the related field (Corporate Finance).
- Excellent understanding of Financial Modeling, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, and Investment Management.
- Understand financial reports and have knowledge of consolidation is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Good analytical thinking, communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion in infrastructure and MandA industry.
Business Control Analyst
Job Description
- Able to monitor budget realization for each account or cost category.
- Prepare variance analysis between actual expenditures and budget, and provide follow-up recommendations or insights to management.
- Coordinate with related functions and analyze budget preparation, including the underlying assumptions.
- Identify cost structures and opportunities to improve efficiency or effectiveness, both in terms of cost and operations.
- Prepare and present cost evaluation reports or other required reports to management on a regular basis.
- Prepare and conduct analyses using an activity-based costing approach.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience, majoring in Accounting or related fields.
- Good proficiency of English (both spoken and written).
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Digitalization Project Management Officer
Job Description
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and align project plans, resources, risks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure clear direction and readiness.
- Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project delivery within scope, budget, and quality by tracking progress, validating requirements, and supporting IT teams through to UAT.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication and alignment with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met and change initiatives are supported.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Review completed projects to identify lessons learned and recommend enhancements to digital project management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing IT / digital projects.
- Basic understanding of Business Analytics, Project Management, Risk Management, and proficiency in using digital tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments.
- Understanding of stakeholder management processes and ability to maintain effective communication with various parties.
