The program aimed at equipping talents with the necessary competencies to become competent Internal Auditors and Risk Analysts in accordance with Astra Group standards.

What Are We Looking For?

• Fresh graduate or experienced (maximum 2 years) and interested in Audit and Risk Management
• Bachelor degree from these majors is preferable:
  • Economic and Business
  • Enginering
  • IT
  • Statistics
  • Mathematics
• Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
• Wiling to travel around Indonesia in high frequency and to be placed in Astra Group
• Proven excellent analytical, critical, and interpersonal skills
• Showing an excellent personal quality in continous learning, persistency, curiosity and agility
• Proficient in English (both written and oral) is an advantage
