- Minimum education High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) graduate or equivalent
- Age range between 21-35 years old
- Have a BI or BII Umum driver's license
- Have experience driving a bus fleet
- Have an in-depth understanding of automotive system, including engine, braking system, suspension system, electrical system, and other systems related to bus
- Willing to be placed in any Perum DAMRI Branch Office throughout Indonesia
- Have professionalism and integrity in work
