Job Description
- Mantap Associate is an internship program from Bank Mandiri Taspen
Teller Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out the transaction input process in the system
- Carry out a physical count of money
- Check the completeness of transaction documents
- Serve customer for transaction
- Serve customer with friendliness and courtesy
Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve customer needs related to product information and administration, and services at Bank Mandiri Taspen
- Carry out the data input process in the bank's internal system
- Carry out orderly archiving of customer documents
- Serve customer in a friendly and polite manner according to Service Standard
Placement Location
- District Tanjung, Tabalong, South Kalimantan
- Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum High School (SMA) graduate up to Bachelor's degree
- High School (SMA) graduate aged 17-19 years old
- Diploma 3 graduate, maximum age 21 years old
- Bachelor's degree maximum age 23 years old
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Control Unit Partner Staff
Main Duties
- Carry out the Post Transaction Control function by re-examining all transactions in the Branch (operational and credit) which have previously been verified by Officer and Branch Official / Unit Head.
Responsibilities
- Check the suitability of the number of customer applications compared to the number of transactions carried out by Branch Officer
- Check the routine verification process that should be carried out by Officer and Branch Official / Unit Head
- Check the completeness of filling out customer applications, completeness / validity of supporting documents as well as the fairness / correctness of transactions and services related to the implementation of APU PPT
- Check the correctness of the transaction system or customer service data input carried out by the Officer
- Check that the credit application is complete with supporting documents in accordance with the product and applicable provisions, including the implementation of a welcome call
- Check transactions or services above the officer's limit / authority (exception) has been approved by the authorized official / Unit Head

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree
