Job Description
- Ensure that the implementation of adjustment / improvement to the bank's internal regulation according to the architecture of policy and procedure and their documentation is carried out effectively, continuously accurately and on time in accordance with statutory regulation, by paying attention to the provision of banking authority, as well as company policy
- Develop system and procedure for efficient implementation of unit task, such as a tracking system for progress in preparing policy and procedure
- Carry out the preparation of policy, standard guideline, and SOP
- Analyze potential gap between internal provision and external provision (Regulation)
- Analyzing development in statutory regulation, cooperation agreement, audit finding, etc. exposure in the event of significant change
- Ensure assurance that the finalized draft of the bank's internal regulation is in accordance with standard procedure
- Preparation of office policy
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to analyze, compile and update bank internal regulation
- Ability to speak Indonesian well
- Ability to use / utilize presentation equipment well
- Have risk management certification in accordance with job grade and position
- Have banking experience or supporting educational experience in the fields of law, compliance, management, risk and audit
- Have a minimum Level 1 Risk Management certification
- Have a minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager in the fields of legal, compliance, financial service, risk management
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
