Job Description

  • Develop financing and fund products as well as service and coordinate with related work unit for promotional activity / program to meet customer needs.
  • Make proposal and submit approval for new product design / development to the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare and propose pricing level for customer. Evaluate work program, pricing policy, performance of financing product, funding product and service and continually seek improvement.
  • Develop implementation strategy related to program / initiative / project as well as carry out Post Implementation Review (PIR) and document all program / initiative / project activities.
  • Develop good cooperation and communication with various parties.
  • Develop cooperation patterns that are win-win solution oriented (mutually beneficial) with existing partners. Coordinating with related Work Units in carrying out activities to support the implementation of alliance strategic cooperation.
  • Develop strategy and monitor the achievement of business target according to partnership programs to support increased revenue.
  • Explore the potential for collaboration with other new strategic partners to increase business growth. Prepare report for internal and external purposes.


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Have experience in the same field at least 3 years
  • Have analytical skill
  • Having good communication skill
  • Able to work under pressure
