Job Description
- Prepare and coordinate the Company's annual budget planning process.
- Collaborate with each Work Unit to collect budget data and estimates.
- Analyze budget needs based on historical data, trend, and future projection.
- Provide recommendations for effective budget allocation.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the Company's financial reports (balance sheet and income statement).
- Identify potential overbudget and recommend corrective action.
- Develop cost control policies for expenses outside the established budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum have 3 years experience in budgeting, cost control, or finance in banking or other financial industries.
- Deep understanding of the financial planning process, variance analysis, and budget reporting.
- Have strong analytical skill and the ability to present data accurately and precisely.
- Proficient in using budgeting software and Microsoft Excel applications.
- Have good communication skill and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with deadline.
