To be well prepared as our future leaders, you will be required to undergo One year comprehensive bankers training (you will be evaluated in the end of training)
Requirements

Bachelor's degree / Master's degree from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA of:
- Bachelor's degree: 3.00 or equivalent
- Master's degree: 3.25 or equivalent

Maximum age to apply:
- Bachelor's degree: 26 years old
- Master's degree: 28 years old
- Prioritizing: Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Engineering, or relevant majors
- Proficient in English and submit your score in the application (TOEFL / IELTS), minimum 400. We only accept score provided by authorized institution and valid.
- Not married yet and willing to not get married during the program (1 year).
- No member of the nuclear family currently working in Bank BNI.
- Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia.
- 50 positions available.
Specific for ODP IT
- Mastering the Programming Language that suits the Company needs
- Having a skill to design and Tools / System development
- Has experience in developing IT Tools and Systems in Banking or other Non-Banking financial industries
