IT Compliance & Regulatory Officer

Job Description
- Maintaining bank compliance, especially in the IT sector, as well as carrying out preventive action or step, to ensure that the policy, provision, system and procedure established by the bank are in accordance with regulatory provision
- Review internal policy / regulation and work procedure to support business progress and remain guided by the principle of prudence and regulation
- Ensure that the policy and decision taken by the bank do not support element of deviation from applicable statutory provision
- Check every new regulatory provision or change on electronic media such as the OJK, BI, LPS, PPATK websites related to commercial bank
- Must carry out duty in the interest of the company in good faith and full responsibility by reviewing the applicable provision
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT compliance, IT Audit, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Business Compliance Regulatory Officer

Job Description
- Maintain bank compliance in the areas of credit, operation and treasury and take preventive action or step to ensure that the policy, provision, system and procedure implemented by the bank comply with regulatory provision
- Organize training and outreach programs to all levels of the bank including:
- New regulation and their impact on the banking business
- Work unit related to new regulation
- Potential risk due to non-compliance
- Review internal policy / regulation and work procedure to support business progress and remain guided by principle in accordance with regulation
- Ensure that the policy and decision taken by the bank do not support element of deviation from applicable law.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
- Has 2 years experience in the Banking and Treasury industry
- Have an understanding of Trade Finance and Banking Operation
- Have excellent analysis and problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
