Operation Legal Section Head

Job Description

Assist the head of the legal department in carrying out routine legal department activities including:

  • Drafting and reviewing agreement;
  • Supervise the update the regulation related to the Company's business activities;
  • Conduct analysis of regulatory content;
  • Prepare legal opinion or legal studies;
  • Manage licensing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum possess Bachelor's degree majoring in Law;
  • Minimum have 5 years work experience;
  • Has worked in a law firm as an Associate;
  • Have good legal drafting and reviewing, legal analysis, legal negotiation, and legal English skills.

Facility Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

  • Plan, analyze, supervise, and develop activity plan and maintenance needs for depot facilities;
  • Making periodic reports on spare part, consumables, and equipment / tool ​​stock;
  • Making plan for spare part, consumables, and equipment needs and monitoring stock in the warehouse that is likely to be needed / will run out in the near future;
  • Propose maintenance budget, prepare Budget Plan (RAB) and Self Estimated Price (HPS);
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Division in terms of receiving, checking, storing and making minutes for each spare part, consumable, and equipment according to the order letter from the Facility Division;
  • Coordinate with the QSSHE Division in terms of managing B3 and non-B3 waste from infrastucture maintenance and infrastucture maintenance facilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum possess Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Railway, Informatics)
  • Minimum have 3 years work experience;
  • Experienced in manufacturing business processes.
