Project Management Officer
- Closing Date: October 21, 2024
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Create a detailed and comprehensive project implementation plan (WBS)
- Carry out supervision and evaluation from the initial process to completion in accordance with the timeline (S Curve)
- Organize the implementation of direction and coaching to the Project Manager
- Organize regular coordination meetings
- Organize reporting on status, progress, schedule, budget and project payment
- Implement the development of standard operating procedure and project report document template that must be implemented by the Project Manager
- Implement data integration for all projects
- Implement project governance in accordance with scheduling, budget and S Curve.
General Requirements
- Physically and mentally fit
- Well-behaved as evidenced by a valid Police Certificate (SKCK)
- Not involved in drugs and psychotropic abuse
- Never been sentenced to prison based on a court decision that has permanent legal force
- Never been dismissed from the Company or other Institution due to disciplinary sanction
- Willing to be placed in all areas of the Company.
Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Graduated from university with accreditation grade upon graduation A from BAN-PT or other Certification Institutions
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum have 5 years experience as a Project Management Officer on Construction / Infrastructure Project
- Have Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Have good English language skill
- Have knowledge and skill in project management
- Mastery Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP / ETABS
- Able to lead a team, honest, thorough, have integrity, responsible, and be able to collaborate.
