The PT. Jawa Satu Power is a Joint Venture Entity between PT Pertamina Power Indonesia, Garuda Power Holdings B.V. and Sojitz Global Investment B.V. established on December 05, 2016 as a Special Purpose Company in running, controlling and managing the assets of Jawa-1 Power Plant business activities, which serves as the largest gas fired power plant with CCGT technology in Southeast Asia. We are an Indonesian energy group that focuses on integrated coal mining through subsidiaries. Our principal location is at Tabalong district in South Kalimantan, where our subsidiary PT Adaro Indonesia operates the largest single-site coal mine in the southern hemisphere. We operate under a first-generation CCA (coal co-operation agreement) with the Indonesian Government valid until 2022.

From our South Kalimantan mine’s three pits we produce one of the world’s cleanest coals, trademarked Envirocoal. It is a sub-bituminous, moderate calorific value coal producing ultra-low sulphur, ash and NOx emissions.

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk or Bank BTN  was established in 1897 under the name of Postspaarbank. The name was changed to Bank Tabungan Pos in 1950 and finally became Bank Tabungan Negara in 1963. Bank BTN listed its stock offering on 17 December 2009 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and was the first Indonesian bank to securitize asset by recording Asset Backed Securities - Collective Investment Contracts (KIK-EBA).
