Job Description
Relationship Officer (RO) is a functional staff placed in a specific branch at BCA Syariah, who has the task and responsibility to deepen and strengthen the relationship between BCA Syariah and customers, both fund customers and financing customers, in order to form a harmonious relationship between BCA Syariah and customers that leads to acceleration and increased growth, especially CASA and NOC at BCA Syariah.
The main duties of the Relationship Officer (RO) are as follows:
- Increase CASA growth at BCA Syariah
- Increase the number of NOC
- Referral of financing customers
- Establish intense relationships and provide services to BCA Syariah customers
Qualifications
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA) 2.75
- Have experience in banking for at least 2 years
- Likes the world of marketing and business
- Likes to build relationships with others
- Have good negotiation skills
- Have a desire for achievement
- Target oriented
- Willing to be placed at BCA Syariah Solo, Semarang, Bandung, Medan and Jakarta branches
