Data Privacy Department Head
Qualifications
- Have a total work experience at least 10 years with minimum 5 years in the same field
- Have experience in the field of Data Privacy / Customer Protection / Compliance / IT Risk / Operational Risk / Audit, minimum 6 years
- Have experience in handling customer complaint, handling personal data protection failure and remediation
- Have the ability to implement or run privacy programs such as personal data inventory, ROPA and DPIA, and Third-Party Risk Assessment
- Deep understanding of the Personal Data Protection Law (Law 27/2022) and other related regulations
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to provide clear guidelines and policies for data privacy
- Capable of escalating and communicating periodically to senior management on data privacy issues
- Able to work with cross-division / functional teams
