Financial Crime Transaction Analyst Officer
- Jakarta
Main Tasks
- Monitor the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention in the branch, including the policy implementation
- Analyze suspicious financial transaction
- Review and evaluate the performance of alert resolution and updating customer data
- Develop the SMART AML system, including reviewing the parameters and role of the SMART AML system
- Provide recommendation regarding the implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention program policy
- Conduct periodic socialization of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention program policy
- Prepare periodic evaluations of the Self Assessment implementation on the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention program
- Monitor the implementation of reporting obligation to the PPATK
- Cooperate with other units to create harmony in the implementation and smoothness of operational task
Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention in the branch
- Conduct analysis of suspicious financial transactions both from the SMART AML system and from branch
- Conduct review and evaluation of alert resolution performance, as well as employee training implementation and reporting
- Cooperate with other units to create harmony in the implementation and smoothness of operational task
- Providing advice to office network unit
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree

- Have the ability to analyze and manage data
- Preferably have experience or knowledge in the field of banking / mastery of programming language (SQL)
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel) and similar software

- Create and develop appropriate content to introduce employee culture and branding on social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok)
- Plan and schedule content regularly according to existing trend
- Collaborate with various units to create creative content
- Play a role in the content and video editing process to introduce Bank Mandiri Taspen culture.
Qualifications
- Active student majoring in Graphic Design, Communications, Social Media, or related fields
- Have good creativity and communication skills
- Proactive in supporting the development of corporate culture strategies both within and across departments.
- Familiar with tools, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Tiktok, and other creative content tools
