Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:

Senior Performance and Contract Management Officer

  • Location in Jakarta

Responsible to execute implementation of SCM Performance and Contract Management function through effective planning, contract post award activities to ensure compliance to Countries policies and procedures and meet business requirement.

Contract Management

  • Execute the implementation of all contract post award activities in a timely and cost-effective manner from Contract Handover, Kick Off meeting, Contract Execution, Contract Monitoring (i.e. ACV Utilization, Contract Validity, Contractor Performance Evaluation, Reward / Sanction, Performance Bond etc.), Change to Contract, Dispute Management, HSEMS Work In Progress / Final Evaluation until Contract Close Out through efficient and effective allocation of time and excellent process with high integrity, compliance and adherence to Country and Host Authority Guidelines, in order to ensure all contractual obligations are met with no interruption to business operations and create value creation to support Country business goals.

Procurement Process

  • Execute and implementation sourcing activities for operational requirements through suitable strategy, such as contract integration and joint tendering, with full involvement and collaboration with stakeholders, for the preparation of invitation to bid document, tender evaluation, negotiation and contract award, in compliance to Country Tendering and Contracting procedures to meet project requirements and maximize value creation.

Compliance and Integrity

  • Execute the improvement of sourcing systems to comply, procedures and processes by evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of the process and undertake mitigations to enhance value creation in line with established PCINO sourcing policies and guidelines.

Guidance User

  • Guide and provide generic solution through usage of common SCM guidelines for sourcing and contract management requirements to ensure compliance to Country policies and procedures and maintain integrity in all aspects of the process.

Urgent / Ad-Hoc Requirements

  • Act on urgent and ad-hoc requirements and resolve issues to provide total quality solutions through optimization of available resources, effective planning and coordination works, evaluation and elimination of business risks or exposure due to the urgent requirements and ensuring no compromise to the quality and / or projects schedules.
  • Prepare and manages Tender Committee as a Secretary in order to support openness and fair tender process refer to PETRONAS procedure and to comply with host authority regulation to conduct tender.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and share best practices and lessons learnt for continuous improvement of project execution to enhance SCM performance by showing best experience in practicing and improvement from time to time following procedures, regulation and business requirement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Technical, Science and / or Business discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement / contract management related activities in Oil and Gas industry
  • Knowledge in procurement application system is an added advantage, i.e. SAP, SRM
  • Hold PTK 007 certificate will be an additional advantage
  • All candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).

Procurement Officer

  • Location in Gresik

Responsible to execute operational sourcing activities through rationalization of departments’ request, meet urgent and ad-hoc requirements and guide user on SCM process to ensure compliance to Countries policies and procedures and meet business requirement

Procurement List

  • Execute effective implementation of Procurement List for materials and services via realistic contracting plans and proper tracking mechanism in order to meet project schedule, to avoid project deferment in accordance to Countries established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, practice of good governance and integrity in the overall processes and practices and maximize value creation.

Procurement Process

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Technical, Science and / or Business discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement / contract management related activities in Oil and Gas industry, preferable as material buyer with good understanding of the operational at field.
  • Knowledge in procurement application system is an added advantage, i.e. SAP, SRM, Inventory Material
  • Hold PTK 007 certificate will be an additional advantage
  • All candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
