Requirements
- Indonesian citizen
- Minimum possess Associate degree (Diploma 3) in any major
- Have 3 years of work experience in the Director / Vice President Secretary section
- Have experience related to correspondence
- Have experience in document management
- Able to work under pressure and massive targets
- Have good English communication, oral and written
- Placement location in Jakarta
- This position is as Outsourced Personnel (TAD) of PT Pertamina Training and Consulting
Job Description
- Carry out routine / operational activities, review / distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence to the correct party and / or provide replies / responses if necessary, create draft and type outgoing correspondence as requested
- Carry out routine / operational activities to update / handle the Board of Directors' daily agenda
- Support to prepare complete document according to STK provision
- Carry out routine / operational activities to create and manage filing system for easy reference and document retrieval
- Carry out routine / operational activities to prepare travel and expense report tracking, and various forms of payment
- Carry out preparation related to logistics (transportation, accommodation, meeting place, etc.)
