- Minimum height 165 cm
- Vocational High School (SMK) graduate or equivalent with minimum average score 6.0
- Well-behaved, proven by Police Certificate (SKCK)
- Physically and mentally fit, not tattooed, not pierced
- Not color blind
- Must has received the Covid-19 Booster Vaccine (3 times)
- Never participated in the PAMA Group selection process for the last 1 year
- Willing to be placed in any PAMA jobsite
- Willing work with the PAMA Job Roster System
- Willing to comply with all statutory requirements, company regulations and other requirements related to Occupational Health and Safety, Operational Safety and Environment

- Minimum average score 6.0
