Job Requirement
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or other relevant fields
- Have experience working as a Solution Analyst or equivalent for at least 3 years
- Have programming skill for at least 2 years
- Able to design application architecture, components, and interfaces to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Proficient in Java, Python, C#, or similar
- Have experience using MySQL, Postgres, MariaDB, or MS SQL
- Familiar with message queueing systems such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar
- Have knowledge of Redis or similar
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Have strong analytical skills
- Able to think systematically and have good problem-solving skills
- Have initiative, discipline, responsibility, detail, and able to work neatly
- Able to work well with other teams.
Technical Project Manager

Job Requirement
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or other relevant fields
- Have in-depth knowledge of agile practices: Scrum, XP, and Kanban
- Have experience in using agile techniques: User stories, AATD, TDD, continuous integration, and continuous testing
- Proactive and have good communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Fluent and have experience in using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Able to work with team from various backgrounds in running the technical review process
- Have the ability in project management and oversee all aspects related to the project in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Have the ability to coordinate the project team to collect and analyze user needs and provide project solution
- Able to be responsible for the accuracy and quality of deliverables according to the project schedule and submission per SDLC
- Able to provide reports related to the project in a timely manner, including project status report and project performance report
- Has the ability to identify project issues and dependencies, follow up and resolve issues that occur to ensure the project runs on schedule
- Able to ensure and monitor the technical review process and the project on schedule.
