Graduate Development Program (GDP)
Program Description
Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 12-month intensive program designed to develop the best candidates of Eastern Indonesia to be superior professionals who are ready to face challenges and fill strategic positions in various functions and divisions. This program begins with 2 months of In-class Training at the Trakindo Satellite Training Center to hone essential skills, product knowledge, and understanding of business functions. After that, the program continues with 10 months of On the Job Training which includes direct application of knowledge and skills as well as project assignments. During the program, participants will receive Coaching and Mentoring from Trakindo Top Leaders. After completing the program, you will be placed in our branch in Papua Island to start a career as a professional in the Heavy Equipment industry.
General Requirements
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably majoring in Engineering, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum GPA 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Fresh graduate or have maximum 2 years work experience
- Active in organizational or social activities
- Have good leadership skill and proven experience in leading team, project, or organization
- Have strong analytical thinking skill, persistent in facing challenge, and resilient
- Willing to take part in On the Job Training in various cities in Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua
- Willing to be placed in Papua after graduating from the program, including Jayapura, Sorong, Nabira, Merauke, Manokwari, etc.
Graduate Development Program Details
- Duration: 12 Months
- 2 months of intensive In-class Training at the Trakindo Satellite Training Center
- 10 months of On the Job Training at one of Trakindo's branches in Sulawesi, Maluku, or Papua
- Project Assignment: related to the functions of Service, Parts, Sales, Finance, and HR
- Final Evaluation: At the end of the development program
- Post Graduation of the Development Program: will be assigned to occupy the positions of Service, Parts, Sales, Finance, and HR in one of the branches in Papua
