Instrumentation and Control Technician
- Placement: Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang
Job Requirements
- Possess at minimum of a Diploma 3 degree in Instrumentation, Physics, Electrical Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in power plant maintenance.
- Strong understanding of power plant and gas facilities operations and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining instrumentation and control equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues using technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with computerized control systems and their maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs.
- Competency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including Control & Instrumentation drawings and P&IDs.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team.
- The ability to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English.
- Strong knowledge with pneumatic, hydraulic and motorize actuator / valve calibration and maintenance.
- Excellent skill for sensing element and transmitter calibration and maintenance.
- Familiar and advance for trouble shooting the control system using SIEMENS S7 PLC series and Allend Bradley ControlLogix 5000 family is preferred.
- Knowledge of hardware and software on GE MKVIe control system especially for steam turbine and gas turbine frame 5,6 and 9 is preferred.
- Familiar and knowledge using CMMS MAXIMO software.
