Frontliner Staff

We're looking for talented and passionate individual to fill the role of Frontliner with following details

Responsibility

  • Providing banking transaction services for customers / prospective customers according to the applicable service hours.
  • Appearing in accordance with the appearance standards specified in the Bank Mega Service Guidelines when interacting with customers / prospective customers.
  • Conducting cross selling.
  • Receive and carry out transaction instructions in IDR and Foreign Currency given by customers at the teller counter or outside the branch teller counter in relation to pick-up service.
  • Conducting population checks and balancing at the end of the day by matching the customer's instruction form with the system report indicating that all instructions have been carried out correctly.
  • Implementing the process of handling complaints, questions from customers / prospective customers in accordance with the applicable Complain Handling Management policies and procedures.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in all major
  • Fresh graduate or have experience working in the same / equivalent position
  • Have an attractive appearance
  • Have experience working with a team
