Recruitment Coordinator Internship

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

Requirements

  • Candidates are prioritize as final semester student
  • Intenship period in 6 months tennure
  • Having Knowledge with end to end process of recruitment
  • Proficient in computer (Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point) also in English skill
  • Good communication and networking skills

  • Determine business strategies in the coordination area to ensure that all business potentials have been managed optimally
  • Build good business relationships with key clients and other key stakeholders in the region
  • Ensure that all business and operational activities under its coordination run in accordance with applicable policies and provisions
  • Ensure employee fulfillment in accordance with the Man Power Planning (MPP) set by the company, including in terms of competency development and increasing employee productivity in order to achieve business targets
  • Ensure the realization of work unit costs under its coordination
  • Ensure the quality of service standards for his / her work unit in order to improve the quality of service to customers
  • Ensure the implementation of cultural values ​​in his / her coordination work units
  • Perform other tasks given by superiors as long as they are still within the scope of work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum possess Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum 3 (three) years working in banking and 2 (two) years in managerial position or other positions at the same level
