Officer Development Program (ODP)
Job Description
This is a 3 -month-development program dedicated for fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of candidate's working experience. to be our General Professional Bankers through several development stages including In class Training, On The Job Training and Project review.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, open for any major
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Maximum 26 years old for Bachelor's degree and 28 years old for Master's degree
- Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of working experiences
- Experienced in organization is more prefered (minimum as a Coordinator)
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia is a must
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
