Pertamina Foundation is a foundation that was established to increase the effectiveness of activities related to corporate social and environmental responsibility through an integrated, focused, broad impact, and sustainable program. This foundation was a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) with the function of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Pertamina Foundation was established under the initial name Pertamina Employee Welfare Foundation (YKPP) on May 15, 1986 by PT. Pertamina (Persero). After 25 years running, YKPP which is engaged in the social and humanitarian sector was changed its name to Pertamina Foundation on January 12, 2011.
