Financial Crime Transaction Analyst Officer
- Jakarta
Main Task
- Monitor the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention (APU & PPT) in branch, including the implementation of policy
- Conduct analysis of suspicious financial transaction
- Conduct review and evaluate the performance of alert settlement and updating customer data
- Develop the SMART AML system including reviewing the parameters and role of the SMART AML system
- Provide recommendation regarding the implementation of APU and PPT program policies
- Conduct regular socialization of policies for implementing the APU and PPT Program
- Prepare implementation evaluation for the APU and PPT program Self Assessment on a regular basis
- Monitor the implementation of reporting obligation to PPATK
- Collaborate with other units to create harmonization in the implementation and smooth running of operational task
Responsibility
- Monitor the implementation of APU & PPT in branch
- Conduct analysis of suspicious financial transaction both originating from the SMART AML system and from branch
- Review and evaluate alert completion performance, as well as implementing employee training and reporting
- Collaborate with other units to create harmonization in the implementation and smooth running of operational task
- Providing advice to office network units
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree in any major
- Have the ability to analyze and manage data
- Preferably have experience or knowledge in the field of banking / mastery in programming languages (SQL)
- Proficient Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel) and similar applications

Minimum Qualifications

- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
