Interface and Operation Assurance Engineer

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Have 5 years work experience in the oil and gas company (upstream) preferably with experience in project planning and management
  • Have an understanding of the operation and maintenance activities of production facility
  • Have the expertise and ability to conduct risk assessment for business and project development; (risk identification, risk assessment and making recommendation for risk reduction efforts)
  • Preferably have knowledge in economic and financial calculations
  • Have good communication skill and the ability to coordinate and facilitate interface / forum / workshop between project functions and stakeholders
  • Preferably have expertise certification in the field of Project Risk Management
  • Placement location in Duri, Riau
  • This position is as an Outsourcing Personnel (TAD) of PT Pertamina Training and Consulting
  • Local hire system, not rotator / roster

Job Description

  • Facilitate workshops involving stakeholders and project functions to identify project risks starting from the initiation, selection, further study and execution stages and compile a list of project risks
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk studies / assessments by involving project functions and producing objective and credible assessments
  • Create and develop mitigation and contingency plans (SMART) to reduce project risks to the lowest level that can be achieved and approved
  • Coordinate with risk owners to manage information about project risks, assist in monitoring and reporting risk lists and completion of efforts to mitigate and contingency risks
  • The entire work process above uses the company's standard processes and procedures
  • Coordinate and interface between project functions and stakeholders for project implementation from the initial stage to the construction stage
  • Ensure project interface runs well and supports project achievement on time and cost
  • Prepare project transition plans and handover to the operations team
  • Coordinate / facilitate with related teams for operation readiness and assurance including planning and implementation of inspection, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
  • Coordinate / facilitate related teams for preparation of O&M procedures
