For this reason, BCA Relationship Officer play a role in ensuring that customers get financial solutions that suit their needs, including conducting credit worthiness analysis for prospective borrowers.
BCA prepares an intensive training program for 1 year so that Relationship Officer can carry out their roles optimally. Relationship Officer Program graduates will be directly appointed as permanent employees at BCA branch office. During the training, participants will receive pocket money, health insurance, holiday allowance, year-end allowance and of course quality training from BCA.
Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) 2.75 on 4.00 scale
- Maximum age 24 years old for Bachelor's degree and 26 years old for Master's degree
