- Consumer Branded Products (CBP). Indofood CBP is one of the leading packaged food producers in Indonesia, with a wide range of packaged food products. ICBP product brands are among the strongest brands with the most significant mind share in Indonesia for consumer food brands.
- Bogasari, primarily a producer of wheat flour as well as pasta. Its business operations are supported by shipping and packaging units.
- Agribusiness. The Group’s principal business activities range from research and development, seed breeding, oil palm cultivation and milling; as well as the production & marketing of branded cooking oils, margarine and shortening. In addition, the Group is also involved in the cultivation and processing of rubber and sugar cane as well as other crops.

Payroll Supervisor
- Indofood Tower, South Jakarta
Job Description
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll information through review and analysis of employee time sheets, payroll records and reports.
- Maintain payroll system, including data entry, updating of employee information, and maintenance of electronic time tracking records.
- Answer questions and provide customer service to internal and external customers regarding payroll matters.
- Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations such as company policy, labor law, taxes, etc.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all employee information and payroll records.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.
- Valid Until: June 30, 2024
