PTFI mines and process ores produces concentrates containing copper, gold and silver. We market concentrates all over the world, and mainly to domestic copper smelter, PT Smelting. We operates in the remote highlands of the Sudirman Mountain Range in Mimika Regency, Papua Province, Indonesia
Our mines in Grasberg minerals district, Papua – Indonesia is one of the world’s largerst copper and gold deposits. We currently mining the final phase of the Grasberg open pit, which contains high copper and gold ore grades. We have been working on several projects in the Grasberg minerals district related to the development of its large-scale, long-lived, high-grade underground mines. In aggregate, these underground mines are expected to produce large-scale quantities of copper and gold following the transition from the Grasberg open pit.

Engineer Surface and Regional Monitoring

• Tembagapura, Papua

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Geology, Mining, Geotechnical, Civil, or Geophysics Engineering with 2 years' experience on geotechnical / mining.
• Have knowledge of basic theory of rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering from university course work.
• Be able to communicate and excellence coordinate with supervisor, multiculture teamwork and must be energetic and highly work ethic.
• English for both oral and written.
• Computer skills, such as VULCAN, AUTOCAD, Seismic and Mining Software (Deswik, Voxler, GIS, etc.).

Knowledge, Skills and Characters

• Good understanding in practical mining engineering and geotechnical engineering software.
• Have knowledge of basic theory of rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering from university course work.
• Be able to communicate with field people, lead subordinates, develop or train subordinates and must be energetic and willing to work in the field.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skill, project management skill, presentation skill.

Engineer, GBC Railways Infrastructure and Repair

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Business with 2 years experiences in Under Ground Mining or Associate degree (Diploma 3) in Engineering with minimum experience of total 5 years.
• Experience in under ground construction project
• Experience in setting up scheduling systems, running projects and business management.

• Timika, Papua

Education and Experiences

• Graduate of a Senior Technical High School with > 5 years of experience at Coal Power Plant operations as Station Equipment Operator.
• Holds a Diploma (D3) with > 3 years of relevant experience in Coal Power Plant operations.
• Holds a Bachelors degree (S1) with > 2 years of experience in Coal Power Plant operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of all aspects of Coal Power Plant operations
• Proficient in basic electrical, mechanical, chemical, and control system principles.
• Capable of reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and control system drawings.
• Demonstrate strong leadership.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in computer usage for reporting, including knowledge of LOTOTO processes, and PI systems.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Capable of conceptual design and cost estimation.
• Able to develop engineering designs and detailed material procurement plans.

Foreman Shift Operation Dual Fuel Power Plant

Minimum Education and Experience

• Minimum Senior Technical School or Senior General School with 10 years' experience of Operation Diesel Engine Wartsila
• Diploma 3 graduate in Engineering with 3 years' experience of Operation Diesel Engine Wartsila
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 years' experience of Operation Diesel Engine Wartsila
• Good English, written and oral communication.

Mechanical Engineer Maintenance Coal Plant

• Timika, Papua

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of related experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in power plant commissioning with extensive practical experience in power systems and diesel generator maintenance.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D3) with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Senior Technical High School graduate with over 10 years of experience in diesel generator preventive maintenance and power systems.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, including component preparation and system maintenance.
• Solid understanding of power generation systems, governors, electrical power systems, electric motor equipment, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in English communication, both oral and written.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to interpret and work with engineering and shop drawings.
• Thorough knowledge of medium- and high-speed engine components and operations.
• Familiarity with SAP and Windows-based applications.
