As of 2025, BMS continues to strengthen its position in the Islamic banking sector through strategic product development, digital transformation, and ecosystem integration. The bank reported a pre-tax profit of Rp117.30 billion in the first half of 2025, reflecting a 3.46% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. In the consumer financing segment, BMS has made significant strides through its flagship mortgage product, Flexi Home. By mid-2025, the bank had disbursed Rp342 billion in Sharia-compliant housing finance, representing 67.16% of its total consumer financing portfolio. This expansion is driven by rising demand for affordable and ethical housing solutions, particularly among middle-income families. The Flexi Sejahtera product, designed to support employee welfare, also recorded a 30.3% year-to-date increase, indicating strong uptake among corporate clients and their workforce.
BMS has adopted a B2B2C strategy to deepen its corporate relationships while extending services to employees and affiliated consumers. This approach has enabled the bank to offer tailored financial products such as the Syariah Card, which saw a 193.21% increase in financing volume. The card is designed to facilitate ethical spending and budgeting for employees of partner companies, reinforcing BMS’s commitment to financial inclusion.
Digital innovation remains a core pillar of BMS’s growth strategy. The M-Syariah mobile banking platform experienced a 52% increase in users and a 77% rise in transaction volume in 2024. These figures reflect the bank’s investment in user-friendly interfaces, secure infrastructure, and seamless integration with CT Corp’s broader digital ecosystem. BMS continues to enhance its digital offerings to meet the evolving needs of tech-savvy consumers while maintaining compliance with Sharia principles.
From a financial intermediation perspective, BMS maintains a Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of 85.82%, indicating efficient utilization of customer funds. Total assets reached Rp17.75 trillion, supported by a healthy capital structure and prudent risk management. The bank’s Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio stood at 0.99%, well below the industry average, demonstrating strong credit quality and effective portfolio oversight.
To support future growth, BMS plans to expand its KPR portfolio by over 20% by the end of 2025. This target will be achieved through strategic segmentation, digital process optimization, and partnerships with more than 190 property developers. The bank also leverages CT Corp’s ecosystem to cross-sell financial products and reach underserved segments, reinforcing its role in promoting inclusive Sharia finance across Indonesia.

Security Operation Specialist

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years working experience as IT Security area.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related major.
• Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP / IP, DNS, routing, switching).
• Expertise in security technologies (firewalls, VPN, IDS / IPS, SIEM, EDR, XDR, MDR, endpoint security).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for threat detection and incident response.
• Understanding of relevant security standards and compliance regulations.
• Experience in Banking or financial industries.
• Certification : CompTIA Security+; CISSP; CEH (Preferable).

Network Operation Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure, including wired / wireless solutions.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Experience with Fortinet, Paloalto, F5, Forcepoint, Akamai or similar network security platforms.
• Ability to interpret and evaluate technical proposals and solution designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise wireless solutions (e.g., Aruba, Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik).
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Certification : CCNA; FCF; Fortinet NSE; Comptia; CEH (Preferable)
