ADM operates five major plants: the Sunter Assembly Plant, Sunter Press Plant, Karawang Casting Plant, Karawang Engine Plant, and Karawang Assembly Plant. These facilities are supported by a spare parts center in Cibitung and a state-of-the-art Research and Development (R&D) center in Karawang. The R&D center includes a design studio, engineering facilities, and test courses that simulate over 20 types of road conditions, enabling ADM to develop vehicles that meet local driving needs and environmental standards.
ADM’s production capacity has expanded significantly over the years. Initially capped at 80,000 units annually, the company’s output grew to over 530,000 units per year following multiple expansions and the opening of new plants. Product Development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1/D4).
• Educational background in Design, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Materials, or Automotive Engineering.
• Styling design: sketching, Photoshop, 3D modeling, able to operate 3D design (Blander).
• Design and engineering: CAD proficiency, technical drawings, materials, and vehicle components.
• Placement: East Karawang.

Job Description

• Electrical systems programming, testing. and research.
• Design and development of automotive parts (steel, plastic, body, interior, exterior, electrical).
• Project management with focus on material performance analysis and concept-to-proposal execution.

Accounting and Marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1/D4)
• Educational background in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, Communications and other related major.
• Placement : North Jakarta.

Job Description

Accounting

• Monthly Financial Reporting and Analysis, Financial Forecasting.
• Feasibility Study.

Marketing

• Drive communication, promotion, and digital strategies.
• Lead events to strengthen brand value and develop merchandise business.

Production Support

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (S1/D4)
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Electronics Engineering.
• Familiarity with production processes, PCL, quality, export-import components, and project management.
• Placement : West Karawang

Job Description

• Manage and monitor production processes.
• Control PCL activities to support operations.
• Ensure product and process quality compliance.
• Handle export-import of components efficiently.
