Environmental Studies Specialist

Job Description
Purpose:
The primary role of Environmental Studies Specialist is to coordinate and facilitate planning and execution of environment studies, proceeding and monitoring environment approval and permits process in order to ensure project and activities executed as per plan. This role is also responsible to ensure compliance to regulation and other applicable environment requirements by coordinating environment monitoring campaign, establishing environment procedures and facilitating in sharing environment know how.Coverage of responsivities include both operations, exploration and development activities within Eni Indonesia entities.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the environmental studies both for operations (Eni Muara Bakau and Eni East Sepinggan), exploration and development (Muara Bakau, Merakes East, West Ganal, East Ganal, North Ganal, etc) within Eni Indonesia organization and ensuring that compliance to environmental legislation is metBusiness Planning
- Develop budget proposal as required in development of HSES Annual Plan and Work and Budget on Environment aspect
- Develop, establish, track, manage and report of environment studies and monitoring contract
- Coordinate development of Environment Studies (AMDAL, UKL / UPL) to obtain environment approval and other studies required by stakeholder (EBA, ESHIA)
- Develop time plan and monitor environment approval process
- Develop and establish ESHIA repository
- Coordinate contracts management and contractors working with eni Indonesia on environmental studies
- Build relationships with external environmental service providers
- Represent the organization in public hearings and consultations in relation to environmental studies / matters
- Prepare environmental permits / licenses
- Coordinate plan, implementation, and monitoring of obligations in the Environment License and other requirements
- Consolidate and analyze data for periodic Environment performance report to Eni HQ and government as required by regulation
- As company representative in performing discussion with Authorities in regards to Environmental approval process by developing dossier and technical presentation to authorities
- Assess compliance status to Environment regulation and Company requirements and policies by developing and maintaining evaluation of compliance
- Develop and sharing know how with regards to requirements in environment approval to ensure
- Prepare audit plan and perform environment audit / assessment to site operation and Contractor to measure the compliance towards requirements in the applicable regulation, environment license and other requirements
- Provide advice to project / operation / exploration / drilling team in regards to Environmental issues (applicable regulations, biodiversity protection)
- Keep up to date with Indonesia latest applicable regulation and legislation
- Implement strategy to ensure compliance is prioritized and championed at all levels within eni Indonesia
- Develop presentation and dossier to government as part of assessment in the environment approval process in coordination with Operation, Project, Drilling, Reservoir Exploration and SER
- Engage and liaise with government during environment studies development and assessment
- In coordination with SER department develop and update Stakeholder Management system
- Ensure HSE meetings requirement between government agencies and Company in environment assessment is identified, and proper preparation and closure of action items are secured.

- Develop and maintain environment procedures to ensure consistency implementation of Environment Management System in environment activities
- Develop and update Environment Aspect Impact register
- Ensure the implementation of ISO 14001 Management System through monitoring, audit / inspection and reporting
- Participate in investigation of non-conformances / incident and ensure the execution of follow up action
- Act as Environment Unit Leader as part of Emergency Management Response Team
- Coordinate the updating and development Environment Sensitivity Index
- Develop biodiversity protection action plans and reporting
- Provide technical review, advise and monitor reinstatement and re greening project
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Environment, Forestry, Chemical, Biology or relevant field)
- Professional Qualification: Minimum 10 years of experience in Environment subject (preferably in Oil and Gas Industry)
- Professional Skill: Environmental Management System, Biodiversity, Environmental Prevention and Protection, and Regulation Requirement
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Job Description
Purpose:
Responsible of safely dismantling oil and gas production facilities as they are taken out of use.Requirements
- Education: Degree in relevant discipline (Economics, Accounting)
- Professional Competencies: At least 2 years experience in a Treasury environment, preferably with oil and gas industry experience (although not essential)
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of treasury functions, treasury accounting, and banking systems, central bank’s SIMODIS system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of SAP

Job Description
Purpose:
To provide support for Safety issues, ensure compliance with regulation, Company requirements and policies and industry practices.General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE Plan on Safety aspect
- Provide support on reporting Safety matters periodically to SICUR in Milan through MSAR
- Liaise with Authorities on Safety issues and permits / license
- Provide support to ensure Safety compliance to regulations and Company requirements and policies
- Provide support in the implementation of Contractor HSE (safety aspect) Management
- Provide support in development and assurance the implementation of HSE (Safety aspect) training program
- Conduct and support HSE (safety aspect) audit / assessment / inspection to measure the HSE Performance
- Provide support and advise to project / operation / exploration / drilling team on Safety issues
- Ensure on the implementation of ISO 45001 and OSHAS 18001 Management System
